Terms of service

Clear working agreements so we can focus on shipping.

These terms outline the expectations and responsibilities for both DruidHive and our clients.

Engagement

Project terms are confirmed in writing.

Each build is governed by a signed scope of work covering deliverables, milestones, and commercial terms before work begins.

1. Engagement

Each project is governed by a statement of work that details scope, deliverables, milestones, and commercial terms. Work begins once both parties sign the agreement and the initial payment is received.

2. Payment

Invoices are due within 14 days unless stated otherwise. Late payments may pause work and can incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. All fees are quoted exclusive of taxes and payment processor fees.

3. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables produced for your project. DruidHive retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and internal processes while granting you the rights needed to use them within the delivered work.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the engagement. DruidHive uses NDAs, secure file storage, and limited-access repositories to keep sensitive project details protected.

5. Warranties and limitations

We warrant that our work is original and performed to professional standards. Except where prohibited by law, DruidHive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the engagement.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for payment on work delivered through the termination date, and we hand off in-progress assets at that point.
